Yes, the ONE24HRS Propolis gel was designed to reduce bacterial and reduce inflammation. We have seeing excellent results in acne reduction on various customers. Therefore, this product should help to reduce and sooth your skin, if it has acne.
We recommend you do a patch test first before using this product on your face. If your skin is fine with it, apply a thin layer of the gel and let it dry out. Use this product once or twice a day.
If the product causes inflammation, we recommend you stop using it immediately.
Our products are design to solve skin problems fast. For this, we use unique and high-quality ingredients, such as Propolis, Manuka oil and other essential ingredients to enhance our formulations backed by laboratory results.
The benefits of using Propolis for health-related issues are outstanding, with over 600 publications highlighting its benefits. It is not an easy ingredient to obtain, so we are fortunate to be able to collect it mostly ourselves and be able to bring to you something unique that works.
Our products are made using natural ingredients, therefore sometimes they may vary; this is called a biological variability. In addition, Propolis which is our main ingredient is known to be rich in flavonoids and phenolic acids, which are highly reactive to oxygen. Therefore, we find that over time, these compounds oxidize, leading to a darker hue — similarly found in apples or tea, which show to deepen their colour when exposed to air. To minimize this, we selected an Airless pump packaging.
The main ingredient used in the ONE24HRS propolis gel is propolis and this is a resin of a dark colour. Our products have high concentration of this ingredient, and it may stain if in direct contact with your lighter colour clothes. Therefore, we suggest applying a thin layer of the gel in the affected area and let it dry on your skin first.
It is recommended to use the ONE24HRS products in 6 months once opened. Look for the opening symbol on the side of the packaging. Expiry dates are printed on the base of our boxes and back of our pumps.
Children can have more sensitive skins or dry conditions; therefore, we would recommend doing a patch test first before using our products and only use in small amounts.
Our products are free from synthetic fragrance, petrochemicals, sulphates, synthetic colours, parabens or other potential irritants and so it is suitable for children over 2 years old. If your child has any allergies or skin conditions, then you should consult your medical professional or pharmacist as appropriate

Deliveries within New Zealand
We use couriers to deliver in New Zealand. Usual delivery times are:
Delivery within the North Island in 3-4 working days.
Delivery within the South Island in 5-7 working days.
Allow 5-7 working days for deliveries to rural delivery addresses.
Please supply a physical address for all orders. Any special delivery instructions must be clearly stated at the time of ordering.
You can cancel an order you have placed online as long as we have not yet dispatched it from our premises. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of this.
If it is possible to cancel the order, we will refund the order amount to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.
